Welcome to the Rubble Creek Classic! The Classic goes way back to 1983 when sea-to-sky locals would gather together on the last Sunday of September to run this beautiful route and celebrate the end of summer.
The route is spectacular! (Check out our recap video here). It crosses through one of BC's most scenic and well-visited parks, Garibaldi Park. The stunning route begins by taking runners up the many switchbacks on the Cheakmaus Lake trail. Following this, runners will go through the idyllic, flower filled meadows of Taylor Creek, past the once-volcanic Black Tusk and down to the glistening shores of Garibaldi Lake.
With its spectacular views and rich history, it's one not to be missed!
